Cannes film Awards Best director of 2009 Filipino Brillante Mendoza is directing a documentary for Senator Loren Legarda about the issue of Climate Change. The docu-film is expected to be done by January 28, which is the Lady Senator's birthday, or a bit later than that. On an interview with the Senator, she revealed that the film would possibly have a launching of the film late January. My sources have not revealed details if the movie is going to be released in various theaters nationally or if it would be in a limited release, or on television.
