BLUE MOON had a REALLY GREAT storyline that even the most amateur of directors could show some spark of creativity... the good storyline was wasted on a directing that is as bland as the Steven Seagal movies. Hell, i'll take Seagal any day rather than take a Lamangan movie seriously.

Now, i'd wana watch a Lamangan movie so that I could count more examples & evidences why he sucks as a director.

Shame, shame... they who have the power & the influence to mold the cinematic taste of the masses make nothing more than garbage for generations and generations. Decades after now, nobody is going to remember Blue Moon or Mano Po. Nobody is going to remember Joel Lamangan. I am not sure, though, if it is indeed a gross lack of creative effort or just chronic talentlessness.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03921429366652364545noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10968532.post-1168423291837804512007-01-10T18:01:00.000+08:002007-01-10T18:01:00.000+08:00yey! another one who agrees that lamangan is the ...yey! another one who agrees that lamangan is the worst director in the history of the world!! :)

i read the book and saw the musical, both were really great. i'm not keen on seeing the film.dreihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16234459183928463400noreply@blogger.com
